Laisser de nouveau reposer pendant 1h dans un endroit chaud, perso j’avais le four légèrement chaud d’une précédente cuisson. - Sortez les baguettes et préchauffer le four à 180 °C.
Dorer à nouveau les baguettes avec l’oeuf conservé au frais, faites des entailles à l’aide d’un couteau bien aiguisé. - Enfourner pendant 15 minutes à 180 °C, surveiller bien la cuisson car les baguettes colorent rapidement.
