  7. Mélanger le riz aux fruits secs ajouter le beurre fondu bien mélanger
  8. Ajouter le miel mélanger ajouter la cannelle mélanger préchauffer le four à 180 degrés
  9. Remplir les potimarrons avec le riz en tassant bien ajouter 2 cuillères à soupe d eau bouillante dans chaque potimarron poser les couvercles
  10. Placer les potimarrons sur une toile de cuisson posée sur une plaque à four enfourner pour 1h45/2h
  11. Vérifier la cuisson avec une lame de couteau elle doit s enfoncer sans résistance
